If you have experienced a drop in audio or picture, this is almost always caused by a lack of memory or cpu resources on your computer. Try closing some open windows so that your computer can allocate more resources to the event. You can also try reloading the event page to reconnect.

If you are having other difficulties with the broadcast, please insure:

Do you have a fast enough connection to the internet?
OnlineMeetingNow.com requires a high speed connection. Dial up modems aren’t fast enough for video.

If video and sound are cutting out, that is most likely due to an internet speed connection issue.

If you are not getting any sound at all: Are your speakers turned on? Are you getting sound from other web sites? Can you hear music on your computer? Are your speakers plugged in and turned on? This is the #1 issue that most people over look.

If you are hearing an echo: Close all other browser tabs and windows, you have a second webinar open somewhere on your system that is creating the echo effect.

If you see a blank screen: Your Flash is not installed properly. Check your Flash installation at this page: Test Flash installation. You can also try using another browser or another computer.

That your Flash plug-in is the latest version. Download Flash here

If you are still having trouble: Make sure you are not being blocked by a firewall preventing Flash video content or javascript. Some work places have tight firewalls. You may need to try from another computer located somewhere else if this is the case.

Almost all computer systems work just fine however if you have problems you want to be sure that your browser and Flash is up to date. iOS devices (iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone) do not use Flash and are not affected by these issues.

NOTE: The following form is for OnlineMeetingNow.com. We are a service that hosts webinars. If you are writing with any questions about any webinar presentations, sales questions, scheduling, etc. on our system we will be unable to answer them. You must go to whomever is hosting the meeting.
